Product Overview:
The PF-300 portable total hydrocarbon/non methane total hydrocarbon tester produced by Pollution Company in Italy uses hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) detection technology that complies with EN13526, EN12619, EPA Method 25A, HJ/T38-1999 standards to measure total hydrocarbons/non methane total hydrocarbons in gases. It can be widely used for the detection of fixed pollution source flue gas emissions, thermal reactor and combustion device emissions, automobile exhaust emissions, natural gas, ambient air, and even anesthesia gases in the medical industry. This instrument has obtained EU TUV certification.
The PF-300 measurement of non methane total hydrocarbons requires not only the use of a fully heated FID technology host for sampling, but also the configuration of a high-temperature catalytic device. The difference between the total hydrocarbon value measured by the host and the methane value measured by the high-temperature catalytic device is the non methane total hydrocarbon value.
PF-300 is a truly portable on-site non methane total hydrocarbon tester that is lightweight, compact, safe, and easy to use.
Product features:
1. Portable: The host is powered by AC and DC, with a battery weight of only 13kg, used for on-site sampling
2. Safety: The innovative hydrogen storage device is very safe, without the need for pressure regulators, and can be transported by car and airplane without restrictions
3. Accurate data: Fully heated FID, all components in contact with the sample gas are heated to above 180 ℃, resistant to high temperature and high humidity flue environment
4. Compact structure: The host integrates all the key components required for analysis
5. Easy to use: Integrated microprocessor automatically controls parameters, uses USB for data storage and download
